Well...

This is just RANDOM glitching and melodies. Each 10 seconds suggests it's like a different song. I wouldn't be surprised if you bashed your head on your keyboard while making this melody.

How the f is this getting in the weekly best?

Try to get some melodic and song structure.

I'm a bit surprised you didn't feel a bit more at home with this.

As for how it got weekly, my guess is its week ending score of 4.24 was simply higher then the other submissions eligible to be top 5 weekly.

Constructive criticism:

Make your own songs.

Use less loops, try to expand your music knowledge by trying to make sounds and patterns yourself.

Try to use a DAW that allows more than just real recording and loop pasting if you want to be an 'artist'

I could give you hints on the mastering because the piano sounds awfully sharp on headphones and stuff.

But since you didn't even make this yourself, i highly doubt -

Giving you a lower score will get my review deleted anyways, so let's keep it neutral. Guess there's no room for commentary on NG.

Okay listen up man...

Hints:

Dynamics:

A breakdown maybe? something to keep it interesting? It's like boom boom in your face all the time and that doesn't work.

Samples:

The kick drowns in the mix, which makes the song itself less powerful.

The clap is a little too robotic for this genre / my style.

The originality:

Oh yay, yet another tetris remix. Said enough.

The instrumentation:

This is actually pretty good. I could be a bitch and whine about how this is not my genre, but it's okay.

The lead although might be a little too bit WHAAARGH POWAH!
Saying this while i think this saps away a lot of the kick-power.

VEC standard loops / fills.

I heard a few standard VEC fills, which is okay but ehm...

Just to give you a hint, you might want to change these into samples you made yourself or correct them to your liking, because they don't really stand out and make the whole song sound a little cheap, unfortunately!

I sure had to save it as well.

My only com;plaint is the inconsistency in the percussion, which is a shame!

I would really love some steady beat and some longer climaxes because the melody can pull it off just right. It doesn't get boring.
