Well...

This is actually really good although, if i could change just one thing, i would've taken away a lot of the X and Y of the kick to make it sound a little ehh.. softer, Adding a nice echo to it will then make it the perfect kick for ambient.

You could measure yourself with Venetian Snares man, i've never seen such good glitching combined with a jazzy song on Newgrounds, this is professional shit man, way to go.

Really cool and sinister

As my title says, really dissonant, almost off-key / detuned on purpose which gives it that cool and sinister sound, although, if i were you i would enter the drums with a little more dynamics and maybe, just maybe if you know how to ;) pitch bend in the drums are really cool, so are most effects combined with drums and give the song a whole new flavour, and it's noticeable that you have spent more time on melodies than on the drums. I myself do this too, but with music that is actually all about the drums when you think about it, that's not really logical to do :P if i were you i would make a lot of weird glitch breaks etc to spice it up and you have yourself an áwesome FX track

You're saying you don't have good lessons but woah, the key you are playing in and the chord-progression should just awake a fire in most artists on newgrounds... Personally, i love it!

Well...

Shouldn't have left out the hi-hats etc at 0:40, or made a smoother transition, and it's kinda repetetive, maybe fade in that acid sound a little more to make the transition smoother too around 0:59.

And i would avoid dissonant notes with this kind of music (:
