Dude!

Freaking amazing. I wouldn't know what genre to place it in myself, but ambient is at least one of the sub or main genres. So it's good in there.

You got yourself a new fan. ; )

Dude!

You should get some more recognition. The soundtrack is really amazing, and so are the vocals.

Good job! ; D

Citrina responds:

Thanks! The bravos for the music should go to sorohanro, he was doing all the work.

What the hell?

THIS hiphop is getting 0voted, while the shit is at the top?

I swear, this is nice

youngcasper responds:

Roc A Lot / BBE

errr...

Could've been good but the piano is horribly out of tune.

OPQC responds:

i know. piano is a shit piece, i know : P

Guess who?

Sooo...

As i told you, i personally dislike hiphop. But this is, just like most of your songs, a complete exception in the genre. Take this as a positive remark, since... well...

You know how to stick to the genre while attracting differently musical orientated people, your unique style is pretty much what makes your music so goddamn interested, and the instruments sound very nice too.

I personally would look for a better trumpet / sax VST, but i know how goddamn hard they are too find...

No other criticism, it's still freaking great!

DatBoiNC responds:

hey man, thanks for your comment.

Hip hop isn't only my thing, I do listen to other genres as Gen. Rock, Techno, funk ect. But Hip-hip is the most genre I listen too, so that's why I most produced hip-hop tracks. As you can see there's not only hip-hop I made, there's classical, trance and so on.

But to hip-hop... I somhow use my own style ( you can more call it the danish style) to my music. That's why it sounds a little bit different to others you have heard.

Hey man, I appreciate your review, Peace out.

1 word.

Koriigahn responds:

Thanks man :)

To be Fairly honest:

Okay... I'm gonna be very honest with you now (:

Points that you shoud look out for in the future:
-The mastering: Try to seperate the frequences of the bass and the leads, you might want to go with a deeper bass or a higher lead, or filter out the low from the lead, and filter out the high of the bass a little bit with some equalizing

-The beat, it just wasn't strong enough. It's like a house-ish beat with a little more pump, but it doesn't quite work well enough to give the song that power boost it really needs

-This is the main problem: You're melodies are FOUR bars long, well, this is not a lot, in fact, it's not a lot at all. You should make a couple of patterns or make the melodies a little longer, It's constantly the same, you change the drums / instrumentation etc a little bit, but the lead is going on and on and on and on...

If you make your songs a lot less repetetive it's seriously 500% better.

-The instrumentation itself. I recommend you get Nexus XP packs, or spend some more time making your own sounds and if that doesn't work out for you, spend more time on actually selecting sounds.

What kind of sounds you're using in a song is actually what shapes the feeling of the song.

-Balancing and Dynamics:

I'dd like to see you play around with the balancing a bit more, and also with dynamics. From the first second till the last, the volume is about at the same level, if you do a few breakdowns, or a soft intro that builds up, the interest level of a song is going through the roof!

I hope i helped you with this, nonetheless, it was good (:

-Monodisc

photosyntesen responds:

yes i could use this in fact it is what i need to get better so thank you :)

Actually.

What makes you a skillful guitar player is not being 'another' guitarist able to play 3000 BPM arpeggio's and mothercrankin sweep's and powerchord riffs. Actually, where your skill really comes in, is when you make something with emotion instead of shredding.

I must say, you are good, but please, be a little more open minded, we have enough guitarists like this.

I'm gonna adore you the day that you write some more pleasing melodies yourself, since this is just...

A shreddin' balls skill-fest.

You're good though, just, it's about the same as the 100000 people on this planet making techno that all sounds alike.

Hope you will take my advice dearly ; D

KujiiroMusic responds:

Actually, I don't take anyone seriously on NG. Open-minded? You do realize you're on Newgrounds, the 2nd largest cesspool of simple-minded users, right?

"I'm gonna adore you the day that you write some more pleasing melodies yourself" -Hah. As if you'll even remember me.

I'm not trying to insult you, or prove you wrong, but just to let you know how little any of this matters.
