Nooooooo, tijnn! Where'm I gonna get my dutch weed from?!?!?
all your songs are in the high 3s and mid 4s. those are high scores. no one should ever have 5s cause every piece of art could always be improved upon.
and a comment is just that a comment,
you don't need a degree in music to know what you like.
adiĆ³s.
You seem to have interpreted my reasons in a wrong way, I'm not crying about the scores i get. Im crying about the trash that gets up to the weekly top 5, etc.
'Every piece of art could always be improved on'
'You don't need a degree in music to know what you like'
No, but you defo need a degree in music to give useful input about that 'piece of art' that can be improved. People saying COOL I LIKE or THIS AINT TECHNO 0 don't really help me in achieving any improvement at all.
I'm not saying NG in general sucks, it's great for people that like to make house, techno, dance, whatever.
IDM / Experimental genres don't get appreciated - In order to review correctly, i guess, in the end, you certainly do need some knowledge about music.
Can't judge what you don't know.
Oh hai there, just began following you. I've started using SoundCloud too, it's a bit hard to build up a fanbase but you'll get there if you're active.
Ahhhhh Man. Don't do that. I really like your ambient tracks. They are a great and uplifting.
Your jazz songs are also impressive.
In fact, your style is a nice fit with my Agent Scarecrow games. If I were more active and could actually finish my games these days, I would gladly use them.
Its not the website it's your refusal to conform
I completely agree with Mindchamber.
about the second part tho, MC; I dont think he was just trying to say a non-musician's comment is invalid, just that they usually have little to no advice to bring to the table.
Your music owns tho dude.
^ this.
Soundcloud sounds like a good idea, might give it a try to.

Do you get better comments there? And who knows how they rate it there seeing as theres no rating system... Also how do you gain exposure from soundcloud? Is there featured artists weekly and a list of the newest songs?
